ABOUT TRAVIS

Travis Haughton is a Chicago-based commercial and editorial photographer. Travis worked previously as a staff photojournalist at The Northwest Herald in Chicago’s Northwest suburbs. He also worked at the Jackson Citizen Patriot in Jackson, Mich., The Kane County Chronicle in St. Charles, Ill., and The Aurora Beacon News in Aurora, Ill.

Before working at the Herald, Travis received degrees in Journalism and in Telecommunications from Michigan State University.

His images have been published in major publications including the Chicago Tribune and the Chicago Sun-Times. Travis was named College Photographer of the Year for 2005 by the MPPA.
